Let's explore the market together!

We'll meet at our cooking school before heading together to the historic Sant'Ambrogio Market. There, we'll discover the freshest seasonal ingredients and, inspired by what the market has to offer, we'll create our menu for the day. Once we've picked up everything we need, we'll take a short two-minute walk back to the cooking school to start cooking. 

During this class, we'll cook a full four-course menu featuring an appetizer, a fresh pasta dish, a meat or vegetarian main course, carefully selected wine pairings, and a delicious dessert. Our menu changes with the seasons, inspired by the freshest ingredients available at the local market and the creativity of our chef.

The class lasts approximately 3–4 hours, including hands-on cooking, tastings, and a relaxed final meal where we enjoy everything we've prepared together.
