How much does a cooking class with Terracotta cost in Florence?
The price varies depending on the type of experience selected: the fresh pasta class costs €110, the full menu costs €120 per person, while the class with the market tour costs €130. Children aged 4 to 9 pay half price based on the chosen course, while infants aged 0 to 3 enter for free.
How long does the cooking class last and what is included?
The duration of the cooking class is 3.5 hours. It is a complete experience that includes guided preparation of 4 or 5 recipes, a PDF containing all the recipes covered during the class, lunch or dinner featuring the dishes you prepared, and pairings with Tuscan wines.
When do the classes take place?
Our classes take place every day, alternating between a morning session and an evening session.

Where is the Terracotta Cooking Lab workshop located?
Our cooking lab, Terracotta cooking lab, is located in the historic center of Florence, in the Sant’Ambrogio neighborhood, at Via Ghibellina 20R. We are easily reachable on foot from the city’s main attractions and very close to Piazza Santa Croce.
Are menus provided for coeliacs, vegetarians, or dietary intolerances?
Yes, our menus are flexible. We can adapt our recipes for vegetarians, vegans, lactose-intolerant, and celiac guests. To ensure maximum safety, please let us know about any dietary requirements in the notes when booking.
How can I cancel or modify my reservation?
You can manage your reservation completely on your own by logging into your Customer Area on our website. Cancellation is free up to 5 days before the start of the class (100% refund). If cancelled 3-4 days before the appointment, 60% of the amount will be retained (40% partial refund). Less than two days (48 hours) before the appointment, no refund will be issued (100% penalty).
