Fresh, hands on pasta class in Florence!

Learn the art of fresh pasta with us!

During the class, you will learn to make three types of pasta, long, filled, and short, three different types of sauces, their respective wine pairings, and a dessert.

The menu will vary based on the seasonality of the products and the chef's inspiration.

The experience lasts approximately 3–4 hours, including the cooking class, tastings, and a relaxed final meal where we enjoy everything we've prepared together.

Classes are available in Italian, English, and Spanish

Reception opens at 10:45 AM for morning classes and 4:45 PM for afternoon classes.
